Email support
DocuBatch support is optimized for practical workflow questions: installer access, spreadsheet mapping, template setup, and export issues. The fastest support requests include the operating system, the version you installed, and a short description of the batch you are trying to generate.
If you are testing the desktop workflow for the first time, tell us whether you are generating certificates, invoices, letters, or another document type. That usually makes it easier to point you to the right template example or troubleshooting path.
If a batch failed, include whether the problem happened during import, field mapping, preview, or export. That is usually enough to narrow the issue before anyone has to reproduce the full job manually.
For licensing or rollout requests, include whether one operator or a whole team will use the workflow. That helps us answer with the right deployment advice instead of sending generic setup instructions.
When a question depends on your operating process, we will usually suggest the smallest reproducible example so the workflow can be fixed instead of guessed at.
That keeps support practical. The goal is not just to explain the product, but to get your next batch run working with fewer surprises and less manual cleanup.
